Homemade frozen Greek yogurt

Ingredients:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

4 cups frozen strawberries, or other fruit of choice

3-4 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Pulse and blend until a thick texture is formed, pushing down the mixture as needed. Adjust maple syrup to taste.
- Serve right away, or transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for approximately 30 minutes.
