Homemade frozen Greek yogurt

Four simple ingredients blend effortlessly for a summertime delight that satisfies everyone’s taste buds! Quickly whip up this refreshing treat to enjoy at the end of a long summer day. The strawberries are chock-full of antioxidants and the yogurt provides calcium for a healthy smile.

Ingredients:

    1 cup plain Greek yogurt

    4 cups frozen strawberries, or other fruit of choice

  • checkmark

    3-4 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • checkmark

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. 
  2. Pulse and blend until a thick texture is formed, pushing down the mixture as needed. Adjust maple syrup to taste.
  3. Serve right away, or transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
